We offer shipping during regular business hours Monday-Friday. It typically takes us 1-3 business days before an order is shipped and about 2-3 days shipped.

If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you're not satisfied with a product, you are welcome return it to us for a partial refund, replacement, or exchange. Summit a claim to connect@rosaveda.love so we can drop in about how to best support your needs and share our return address with you.

Product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

Once your item is returned back to our apothecary and inspected, your refund will be issued, typically within 1-3 business days.

damaged

If your product arrived damaged: Please include photos of: all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier.
