  • Infuse 1-2 Tbsp per 8 oz of hot water. Pour just boiled water over herbs. Cover. Steep 20 min. Strain. Sweeten. Injoy warm or cool.

  • Long Infusion (Potent Mineral Extraction): Add 1/4 cup blend to a jar. Pour 2 cups of just boiled water over herbs. Allow to steep overnight in the refrigeratoor. Sip throughout the day.

  • Deeper mineral extraction: Infuse with 1 tsp raw ACV per cup water
